Work and Compensation. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 3, CONTRACTOR shall perform the work shall accept the sum of (the "Contract Price") set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein. If the Contract Price is increased or decreased pursuant to this Agreement, the increased or decreased amount shall be the Contract Price.

Work and Compensation. Contractor agrees to perform the work set forth in Exhibit A (“Statement of Work”) and to provide any work product resulting therefrom to XXXXXXXX. Contractor will be paid compensation in the amount and at the times set forth in Exhibit B, subject to timely submission of any deliverables in accordance with the schedule in the applicable Statement of Work. Unless other terms are set forth in Exhibit B, XXXXXXXX will pay Contractor for services within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of Contractor’s detailed invoice. Contractor will provide XXXXXXXX with reasonable documentation and work description in connection with Contractor’s invoices, as requested by XXXXXXXX.
Work and Compensation. Consultant shall personally create for the Company the Work described in Exhibit "A" for the compensation set forth in Exhibit "B". Consultant understands that the compensation set forth in Exhibit "B" is the total compensation for its services in creating the Work and that Consultant shall not receive royalties of any kind at any time.

  • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.
