Witness Duty on Behalf of Employer. Where an Employee is required to serve as a witness on behalf of the Municipality, the Employee shall receive his/her regular rate of pay (including applicable overtime), provided that any monies received for witness duties would be turned over to the Municipality. Witness duty shall include any time required to travel to the hearing and in preparation for the hearing.
