Common use of Without Cause Clause in Contracts

Without Cause. The Company may terminate Executive’s employment at any time without Cause (as such term is defined in subsection (c) below) effective immediately upon delivery of written notice to Executive, which notice shall set forth the effective date of such termination.

Without Cause. The Company or a Subsidiary may terminate the employment of the Executive without Cause during a Protection Period only by giving the Executive written notice of termination to that effect.
