Within one month of the annual allocation a mutually agreed schedule will be developed between the employee(s) and their manager. This will determine when the days will be taken. The five (5) days must be taken within the annual allocation period. Where an agreed day is not taken at the request of either, the management or the employee, then another day must be agreed upon prior to the change occurring. Due to unforeseen work circumstances an employee may be required to work their ADO. In this case an agreed alternative day is to be taken within four (4) weeks.
