Withholding and Offset. The University will withhold and apply any financial aid, as well as all scholarships, grants, fee remissions, and other loans awarded to a Resident, as an offset payment to all contracted Room and meal plan charges for the academic year.

Withholding and Offset. Payment of the base salary and any other amounts to Employee will be subject to such withholding and offset as may be provided by applicable law (e.g., for income tax purposes) or consented to by Employee.
Withholding and Offset. NIKE reserves the right to withhold from Additional Consideration payable to EMPLOYEE all federal, state and local taxes as shall be required, as well as any other amounts authorized or required by NIKE policy. EMPLOYEE agrees that notwithstanding the amount of any withholding and/or offset, even in an amount that reduces payments of Additional Consideration to zero dollars ($0.00), the covenant not to compete will remain enforceable. To the extent withholding or offset does not extinguish amounts that EMPLOYEE owes to NIKE, Employee remains obligated for the balance of the amounts owed.

Withholding and Offset. (A) The Company is authorized to deduct and withhold from distributions to a Member and to pay over to the appropriate foreign, federal, state or local government tax authority any amounts required to be withheld pursuant to the Code or any provisions of any other foreign, federal, state or local Law. Any amounts so deducted and withheld shall be treated as, and shall be credited against, Tax Distributions otherwise to be made to such Member.
