Withhold Arrangement. Withhold arrangement means any payment mechanism under which a portion of a capitation rate is withheld from the Contractor and a portion or all the withheld amount will be paid to the Contractor for meeting targets specified in the contract.

Withhold Arrangement. Any payment mechanism under which a portion of a Capitation payment is withheld from the Primary Contractor and a portion of or all of the withheld amount will be paid to the Primary Contractor for meeting targets specified in the Agreement. The targets for a withhold arrangement are distinct from general operational requirements under the Agreement. Arrangements that withhold a portion of a Capitation payment for noncompliance with general operational requirements are a penalty and not a withhold arrangement.   • Tax Arrangements 47.1 Where the Contractor is liable to be taxed in the UK in respect of consideration received under this contract, it shall at all times comply with the Income Tax (Earnings and Xxxxxxxx) Xxx 0000 (ITEPA) and all other statutes and regulations relating to income tax in respect of that consideration.

  • Final Arrangements 1. This Agreement shall become valid as of the day of its signing by both parties hereto, and effective as of the day following the day of its publication in the Central Register of Agreements administered by the Government Office of the Slovak Republic.
