Common use of Withdrawal Right Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal Right. Notwithstanding any provision contained in this Section 2.3 to the contrary, the Company shall have the right to terminate or withdraw any registration statement initiated by it (other than in response to a Demand Notice under Section 2.2) prior to the effectiveness of such registration statement whether or not any Holder has elected to include his, her or its Registrable Securities in such registration statement.

Withdrawal Right. Notwithstanding any provision contained in this Section 2.3 1.2 to the contrary, the Company or the selling stockholder initiating a registration shall have the right to terminate or withdraw any registration statement initiated by it (other than in response to a Demand Notice under Section 2.2) prior to the effectiveness of such registration statement whether or not any Holder the Management Stockholder has elected to include his, her or its Registrable Securities in such registration statement.
