Withdrawal of the Proceeds of the Financing. General The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the General Conditions, this Section, and such additional instructions as the Association shall specify by notice to the Recipient (including the “World Bank Disbursement Guidelines for Projects” dated May 2006, as revised from time to time by the Association and as made applicable to this Agreement pursuant to such instructions), to finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.   • Withdrawal of Loan Proceeds 1. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the following provisions of this Schedule shall apply to the withdrawal of Loan proceeds from the Loan Account.

  • Pre-financing Pre-financing is intended to provide the beneficiary with a float. Where required by the provisions of Article I.4 on pre-financing, the beneficiary shall furnish a financial guarantee from a bank or an approved financial institution established in one of the Member States of the European Union. The guarantor shall stand as first call guarantor and shall not require the Commission to have recourse against the principal debtor (the beneficiary). The financial guarantee shall remain in force until final payments by the Commission match the proportion of the total grant accounted for by pre-financing. The Commission undertakes to release the guarantee within 30 days following that date.

  • Modification and Withdrawal of Tenders 2.19.1 The tenderer may modify or withdraw its tender after the tender’s submission, provided that written notice of the modification, including substitution or withdrawal of the tenders, is received by the Procuring Entity prior to the deadline prescribed for submission of tenders.

  • Project-Related Investments The term “investment” or “invest” as used herein shall include not only investments made by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates, but also to the fullest extent permitted by law, those investments made by or for the benefit of the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate with respect to the Project through federal, state, or local grants, to the extent such investments are subject to ad valorem taxes or FILOT payments by the Company.   • Duration of the Processing Personal Data will be Processed for the duration of the Agreement, subject to Section 4 of this DPA.

  • Refinancing Substantially simultaneously with the funding of the Initial Term Loans, the Closing Date Refinancing shall be consummated.

  • Details of the Processing The subject-matter of Processing of Personal Data by Data Processor is the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement. The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, as well as the types of Personal Data Processed and categories of Data Subjects under this DPA are further specified in Schedule 1 (Details of the Processing) to this DPA.

  • Repayment and Recovery (a) At the End of a Funding Year. If, in any Funding Year, the HSP has not spent all of the Funding the LHIN will require the repayment of the unspent Funding.

  • Use of Proceeds of the Loan Section 3.01. The Borrower shall cause the proceeds of the Loan to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Loan Agreement.

  • Withdrawal of Cases After a case on which an Appeal Board is empowered to rule hereunder has been referred to the Appeal Board, the case may not be withdrawn by either party except by mutual consent.
