WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSAL. Any proposal may be withdrawn until the date and time set above for the submission of the proposals. Any proposals not so withdrawn shall constitute an irrevocable offer, for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days, to provide to the County the services set forth in this Request for Proposals, or until one or more of the proposals have been awarded.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSAL. Offeror may withdraw a submitted proposal in writing by letter, facsimile, or electronic mail at any time prior to the specified solicitation due date and time. Withdraw notices must be made by the Offeror or designated representative listed on the proposal. Telephonic or oral withdrawals cannot be accepted.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSAL. The Proposer(s) may withdraw its proposal at any time prior to the hour and date set for the receipt of proposals. Withdrawal will not preclude the submission of another proposal prior to the deadline.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSAL. 26.1. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 180 calendar days after the scheduled time for receiving proposals. A proposal may be withdrawn prior to the proposal opening date and time. Xxxxxxxxxx requests must be made in writing to the Procurement Management Director, who will approve or disapprove the request.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSAL. An offeror may withdraw his proposal before the expiration of the time during which proposals may be submitted without prejudice to the offeror, by submitting a written request of withdrawal to the Purchasing Administrator.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSAL. A proponent may withdraw its submitted proposal by providing clear and detailed written notice to the RFP Contact prior to the Submission Deadline of this RFP. The City is under no obligation to return withdrawn proposals.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSAL. A Proposal will be irrevocable unless it is withdrawn as provided in a solicitation. A Proposal may be withdrawn, either physically or by written notice, at any time prior to solicitation award. If withdrawn by written notice, that notice must be addressed to, and received by, the designated procurement representative. The letter must be on company letterhead and signed by an authorized agent of the Vendor.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSAL. Companies will be permitted to withdraw their proposal, unopened, after it has been deposited, if such a request is received by NRH, in writing, prior to the closing date and time specified for this RFP. Companies, who wish to withdraw their proposal after the RFP submissions have been opened, reviewed and/or awarded, maybe be subject to a penalty at the discretion of and as determined by NRH.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSAL. The Respondent may amend or withdraw and resubmit its Proposal at any time before the Proposals are due. The amendment must be in writing, signed by the Respondent and received by the time set for the receipt of Proposals. Electronic mail and faxed amendments will not be accepted. Respondents must notify the Issuing Officer in writing prior to the due date for Proposals if they wish to completely withdraw their Proposals.
WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSAL. A Consultant may modify or withdraw their proposal, either personally or by written request via email, at any time prior to the Submission Deadline. Such requests should be directed to the Senior Human Resources Analyst.
