Common use of With reasonable cause Clause in Contracts

With reasonable cause. the Trustees of a Trust Fund to which an Employer is obliged to contribute, may appoint an independent chartered accountant to enter upon the Employer's premises during regular busi- ness hours to perform an audit of the Employer's payroll records, only with respect to Employer contributions to the required Employee Benefit Funds, or at the option of the Employer, he shall direct his chartered accountant to provide a Certified Audited Statement in reply to questions submitted by the Trustees in this regard.
