With Pay. (1) When negotiations are conducted during the regularly scheduled working hours, leave of absence without loss of basic pay and without loss of seniority will be granted to two (2) employees for up to and including four (4) days each who serve on the BCGEU Bargaining Committee, in order to carry on contract negotiations with the Employer.
