  • Leave With Pay Compassionate leave of absence with pay shall be granted for three (3) work days. Up to two (2) additional days with pay shall be granted for travelling time when this is warranted in the judgement of the Employer.

  • Civil Penalty Payment Method Xxxxxxxxx shall pay the civil penalty by check, credit card, wire transfer, or portal, payable to CARB, using instructions provided separately by CARB in a Payment Transmittal Form. Xxxxxxxxx is responsible for all payment processing fees. Payments shall be accompanied by the Payment Transmittal Form to ensure proper application. CARB shall deposit the civil penalty amount into the Air Pollution Control Fund for the purpose of carrying out CARB’s duties and functions to ensure the integrity of its air pollution control programs.   • Tax Sheltered Annuity Voluntary adjunct employee salary reductions for Internal Revenue Code Section 403(b) tax-sheltered annuities and 457(b) deferred compensation shall be available to adjunct employees covered by this Agreement. Contracts shall be arranged individually through the Office of the Executive Vice President for Finance and Administrative Services or designee subject to regulation by the College.
