Common use of With Cause Clause in Contracts

If the Executive's employment is terminated with Cause, the Executive's salary and other benefits specified in Section 3 shall cease at the time of such termination, and the Executive shall not be entitled to any compensation specified in Section 3 which was not required to be paid prior to such termination; provided, however, that the Executive shall be entitled to continue to participate in the Company's medical benefit plans to the extent required by law.
