Seller warrants that in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it has complied with or will comply with chapters 6, 7, and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and the regulations of the U.S. Department of Labor issued thereunder. The provision entitled "Equal Opportunity" set forth in FAR 52.222-26 is incorporated herein by this reference, except that "Contractor" means Seller.
