WITH A COMPETITIVE BUSINESS. If the Executive has any direct or indirect relationship with a Competitive Business any time during the Restricted Period, then the Executive will have the duty and responsibility to promptly notify the Company of such relationship and cooperate in any investigation by the Company as to whether the Executive is or will be in breach of any obligation in this Exhibit C. The Executive will promptly cooperate and comply with any requests from any of the Company for information or documentation related to any such relationship with a Competitive Business.
