Wireless Service Limitations. Problems in the CentralSquare Software or transmission of data caused by wireless services, including cell phone carriers, cell phone devices and operating systems, and any personal settings on the devices are not warranted by CentralSquare, or covered under the terms of this Agreement. The Customer’s use of services provided by wireless service providers or carrier, or transmission of data from cell phone carriers, cell phones and operating systems, and the security, privacy, or accuracy of any data provided via such services is at the Customer’s sole risk.

Wireless Service Limitations. Wireless service uses radio technologies and is subject to transmission and service area limitations, interruptions, and dropped calls caused by atmospheric, topographical or environmental conditions, cell site availability, network equipment or their installation, governmental regulations, system limitations, maintenance or other conditions or activities affecting operation. Wireless service is only available within the coverage area of the applicable service plan, within the operating range of the wireless systems, and with equipment that is approved to operate on Verizon’s network.

  • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Z-Tel Usage Information to Z-Tel pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PCS for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.

  • Mobile Wireless Services Any mobile wireless Telecommunications Service, including any commercial mobile radio service.

  • Conversion of Wholesale Services to Network Elements or Network Elements to Wholesale Services Upon request, BellSouth shall convert a wholesale service, or group of wholesale services, to the equivalent Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement or convert a Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement to an equivalent wholesale service or group of wholesale services offered by BellSouth (collectively “Conversion”). BellSouth shall charge the applicable nonrecurring switch-as-is rates for Conversions to specific Network Elements or Combinations found in Exhibit A. BellSouth shall also charge the same nonrecurring switch-as-is rates when converting from Network Elements or Combinations. Any rate change resulting from the Conversion will be effective as of the next billing cycle following BellSouth’s receipt of a complete and accurate Conversion request from Global Dialtone. A Conversion shall be considered termination for purposes of any volume and/or term commitments and/or grandfathered status between Global Dialtone and BellSouth. Any change from a wholesale service/group of wholesale services to a Network Element/Combination, or from a Network Element/Combination to a wholesale service/group of wholesale services, that requires a physical rearrangement will not be considered to be a Conversion for purposes of this Agreement. BellSouth will not require physical rearrangements if the Conversion can be completed through record changes only. Orders for Conversions will be handled in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Ordering Guidelines and Processes and CLEC Information Packages as referenced in Sections 1.13.1 and 1.13.2 below.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Connectel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

  • Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet. Our Web Hosting and Design is composed of our Web Hosting and Design Publishing Component and other miscellaneous components. These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • SaaS Services 6.1 Our SaaS Services are audited at least yearly in accordance with the AICPA’s Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (“SSAE”) No. 18. We have attained, and will maintain, SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance, or its equivalent, for so long as you are timely paying for SaaS Services. Upon execution of a mutually agreeable Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”), we will provide you with a summary of our compliance report(s) or its equivalent. Every year thereafter, for so long as the NDA is in effect and in which you make a written request, we will provide that same information.
