Common use of WIRE TRANSFER AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

WIRE TRANSFER AGREEMENT. If any Wire Transfer exceeds the available balance of collected funds in your accounts, we do not need to make the Wire Transfer and we won’t be liable to you for such inaction. You agree to these terms whenever you ask for a wire transfer of funds (Wire Transfer) from your accounts with us. We are not obligated to make a Wire Transfer for you. Wire Transfers made primarily for personal, family or household purposes by a consumer (a natural person, as opposed to a corporation, etc.) in a State to a recipient at a location in a foreign country (Remittance Transfer) are subject to special rules that override our general Wire Transfer rules.
