WIRE TRANSFER AGREEMENT. If any Wire Transfer exceeds the available balance of collected funds in your accounts, we do not need to make the Wire Transfer and we won’t be liable to you for such inaction. You agree to these terms whenever you ask for a wire transfer of funds (Wire Transfer) from your accounts with us. We are not obligated to make a Wire Transfer for you. Wire Transfers made primarily for personal, family or household purposes by a consumer (a natural person, as opposed to a corporation, etc.) in a State to a recipient at a location in a foreign country (Remittance Transfer) are subject to special rules that override our general Wire Transfer rules.
WIRE TRANSFER AGREEMENT. In our sole discretion, we may permit you to make deposits to or withdrawals from your account by wire transfer, subject to a minimum amount of $500 per deposit or withdrawal. We may accept and verify or refuse to accept or process requests for wire transfers in our sole discretion. We may choose to honor a telephone request for an outbound wire transfer or may require that you put any request to initiate an outbound wire transfer in writing in a form acceptable to us. CUTOFF TIMES The cutoff times below describe the business day on which a transaction generally will be processed and, if the transaction is a deposit, when the deposit generally will be considered received. All transactions are subject to approval and verification before they will be processed or considered received. Checks Deposited by Mail. If we receive a check deposit you have mailed (or sent by other carrier) at our address in Salt Lake City, Utah by 3:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day, we will consider that to be the day of your deposit. If we receive the check after 3:00 PM Eastern Time or on a day that is not a business day, we generally will consider the deposit received on the next business day. Wire Transfers. If we receive a completed inbound wire transfer of funds (in U.S. dollars) that includes proper identification of your account by 6:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day, we will consider that to be the day of your deposit. We must receive an outbound wire transfer request by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day for the request to be eligible for processing on that business day. Delays in verification of external account ownership may impact processing time. Subject to our discretion, outbound wire transfer requests may be made by telephone or in writing; outbound wire requests received in writing will generally be processed on the business day after the written request is received. Online Transfer Requests. Online requests to transfer funds to or from your account(s) via ACH must be received by us by 7:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day to be processed on that business day. Online transfer requests received by us after 7:00 PM Eastern Time or on a day that is not a business day generally will be processed on the next business day.
WIRE TRANSFER AGREEMENT. Upon the written request of the Agent during such time as the Borrowers have Unused Availability of less than $25,000,000, the Borrowers shall promptly advise National City, and XX Xxxxxx to enter into a Wire Transfer Agreement in the form attached as Exhibit 1.1(W) hereof, the terms of which shall remain in effect until such time as the Borrowers have Unused Availability equal to or greater than $25,000,000. WIRE TRANSFER AGREEMENT. If We are not going to make all of the funds from Your deposit available on the business day We receive Your deposit, We will notify You at the time You make Your deposit. We will also tell You when the funds will be available. If Your deposit is not made directly to one of Our employees, or If We decide to take this action after You have left the premises, We will mail You the notice by the business day after We receive Your deposit. If You will need the funds from a deposit right away, You should ask Us when the funds will be available. In addition, funds You deposit by check may be delayed for a longer period under the following circumstances:  We believe a check You deposit will not be paid.  You deposit checks totaling more than $5,525.00 on any one day.  You redeposit a check that has been returned unpaid.  You have overdrawn Your Account repeatedly in the last six months.  There is an emergency, such as failure of computer or communication equipment. We will notify You if We delay Your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons, and We will tell You when the funds will be available. They will generally be available no later than the 7th business day following the day of Your deposit. In any case, We reserve the right to refuse an item for deposit or encashment.
WIRE TRANSFER AGREEMENT. If Depositor wishes to send a wire transfer, Depositor shall enter into a Wire Transfer Agreement with Bank. If Depositor knows that Depositor expects to send or receive one or more wire transfers, Depositor shall notify the Wire Transfer Department of Bank and shall enter into a Wire Transfer Agreement with Bank. To the extent of any inconsistency between this Business Depositor's Contract and such Wire Transfer Agreement, the provisions of the Wire Transfer Agreement will govern. Even if the Depositor has entered into a Wire Transfer Agreement with Bank, Bank is not obligated to accept a payment order to send a wire transfer or to accept a wire transfer on behalf of a beneficiary except as required by law.

WIRE TRANSFER AGREEMENT. These are the terms and conditions whenever you request a wire transfer of funds from your Account(s) with us based upon your oral or written request. We will provide wire transfer services as a means to initiate domestic and international transfers to you, subject to the terms of this Agreement, which you agree with by signing your application for membership with us at the time your Account was established.
WIRE TRANSFER AGREEMENT. The following rules shall apply to all funds transfer orders (ACH, Wire Transfers, or other electronic services) processed by the Credit Union. We may accept on your behalf, payments to your account or transfers from your account, which will be or have been transmitted by Fedwire, or through a similar wire transfer system, that is used primarily for transfers between financial institutions or between businesses. Your rights and obligations with respect to such transfers shall be construed in accordance with and governed by Regulation J, Subpart B - Funds Transfers Through Fedwire, and the applicable Federal Reserve Bank Operating Circular. We may also accept on your behalf payments to your account which have been transmitted through one or more automated clearing houses (ACH’s) and which are not subject to the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and your rights and obligations with respect to such payments shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the state of New York, unless it has otherwise specified in a separate agreement that the law of some other state shall govern. Where none of the above stated rules apply, the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, including Article 4A of the Michigan Uniform Commercial Code. In general, we will accept fund transfer orders only if you agree to the terms of this Wire Transfer Agree- ment, and for wire transfers, have signed an Authorization for Transfer form, have sufficient funds available in the appropriate account to execute the funds transfer order plus the appropriate fee (Refer to our Fee Schedule), and produce acceptable identification. If you have signed a Recurring Wire Transfer Authorization, transfer orders from you via telephone, provided you have sufficient funds available in the appropriate ac- count to execute the wire transfer, and you provide the secret password when you call to make your wire transfer. You hereby acknowledge that the security procedures described are commercially reasonable and that you have agreed to the security procedure offered by the Credit Union and agree to follow the security procedure when making a funds transfer order via telephone. You hereby acknowledge that you will be liable for any wire transfer or communication amending or canceling a wire transfer, whether or not authorized, that is issued in your name and accepted by the Credit Union in compliance with the agreed upon security procedur...
