Common use of Windows and Doors Clause in Contracts

Windows and Doors. All glass, locks, and trimmings upon the doors and windows of the premises shall be kept whole, and damaged part thereof immediately replaced or repaired to the satisfaction of the Owner or his agent. Windows shall not be allowed to remain open so as to admit rain or snow or cause damage to the property of other tenants or to the property of the Owner. Tenants neglecting this rule are to be held responsible for any resulting damage.
