WINDOW CLEANING. Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.

WINDOW CLEANING. Landlord shall clean the exterior windows of the Building no less than twice a year.

Landlord agrees not to put UV coating on Tenant's exterior windows during the Term.

Landlord shall clean the exterior surfaces of the outside windows of the Premises no less than four (4) times per year.

WINDOW CLEANING. Tenant shall will not clean, clean nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises demised premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the New York State Labor Law, Law or any other Requirement, applicable law or of the rules Rules of the Board of Standards Standards, and Appeals, or of any other board Board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.

Landlord shall clean the exterior surfaces of the outside windows of the Premises no less than three (3) times per year.

Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow allow, any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the New York Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.

WINDOW CLEANING. Landlord shall, at Landlord's sole cost and expense, clean the exterior of the windows of the Premises in accordance with the provisions Exhibit 2.
