Separation of Duties The Authorized User Agreement may require the separation of job duties, and that Contractor staff knowledge of Data be limited to that which is absolutely needed to perform job duties.
STATEMENT OF DUTIES 56.01 Upon written request, an employee shall be provided with a complete and current statement of the duties and responsibilities of his or her position, including the classification level and, where applicable, the point rating allotted by factor to his or her position, and an organization chart depicting the position’s place in the organization.
Delegation of Duties The Administrative Agent may execute any of its duties under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents by or through agents or attorneys-in-fact and shall be entitled to advice of counsel concerning all matters pertaining to such duties. Performance of Duties Each of the Credit Party’s obligations under this Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents shall be performed by such Credit Party at its sole cost and expense.

Assignment of Duties Executive shall have such duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by the Company's Board of Directors commensurate with his experience and responsibilities in the position for which he is employed pursuant to Section 1 above. Tour of Duty A tour of duty means the authorized and/or approved time worked by an employee during the day, as defined in Articles 15.1, 15.1.1 and 15.4 calculated to the end of the last quarter (¼) hour in which work was performed. If a tour of duty extends beyond 2400 hours it shall be considered as falling wholly within the calendar day in which it started.
Civic Duties An employee who is late for work as a result of duties as a volunteer fire fighter or licensed ambulance attendant or licensed rescue squad attendant, shall be granted use of annual leave and/or accrued compensatory leave to cover the period of lateness, provided that performance of said duties may be verified by the Employer.
Basic Duties 1. For commercial exchanges covered by this Agreement, the Customs Tariffs of the Parties shall be applied to the classification of goods for imports into them.
Change in Duties The duties, responsibilities, and limitations of authority of the Design Professional under this Contract shall not be restricted, modified, or extended except by Change Order.
