Common use of Whole Agreement Clause in Contracts

Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or --------------- understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement Effective as of the same title date hereof, this Agreement amends, restates and concerning similar subject matter dated supersedes all prior to employment agreements and severance agreements between the date of this Agreementparties, any other URS Entity, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and voidtheir respective predecessors.

Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express expressed or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereofhereof except as set forth in the employment offer letter from the Company to the Employee dated June 10, 2003. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and or concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Prior Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which that are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement represents the entire understanding of the same title and concerning similar parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior arrangements and understandings regarding same, including that certain Change of Control Agreement, dated prior to as of April 1, 2002, which the parties hereto agree is terminated in all respects effective as of the date of this Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and voidhereof.

No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, including but not limited to the Prior Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and (or portion thereof) concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this AgreementAgreement (including but not limited to Section 8.c. of Employee's Offer Letter from the Company dated November 21, 2002), and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which are not expressly express set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and (or portion thereof) concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement (or portion thereof) shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.. Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations representations, or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express expressed or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof, except as set forth in the employment offer letter from the Company to the Employee dated June 10, 2003. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and (or portion thereof) concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, Agreement and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement. Whole Agreement.
