XXXXXX, z.ú. processes your personal data only during the child's attendance in the children's group and also after its termination for a period of time necessary for securing the mutual rights and obligations resulting from the Agreement on providing childcare services in a children's group and also for a period of time stipulated by the relevant legislation, especially Section 11 Subsection 5 of the Act No. 247/2014 Sb., on providing childcare services in a children's group and on amendment of selected laws, as amended, for three years after the provision of childcare services in a children's group was terminated. Personal data, whose processing no longer has a purpose, is immediately and irreversibly destroyed.
