WHO MAY USE THE SERVICE. You may permit your subsidiaries and affiliated companies to use the Services if you wish, however you are responsible for the acts or omissions of your permitted users. There are no third party beneficiaries to the Agreement, meaning that your customers, subsidiaries, affiliates and other third parties do not have any rights against either of us under this Agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, Novus will provide support only to you, not to any other person you authorize to use the Services. There are no third party beneficiaries to the Agreement, meaning that third parties do not have any rights against either of us under the Agreement.

Galaxy IT will provide support only to the Customer, not to their customers, subsidiaries, or affiliates. There are no third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement, meaning that customers, subsidiaries, affiliates and other third parties do not have any rights against either party under this Agreement.

Age Requirements You must be at least 13 years old to use the Xxxxx Services; however, children of all ages may use the Xxxxx Services if enabled by a parent or legal guardian. Permission by Parent or Guardian If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Xxxxx Services. Please have them read this Agreement with you. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 18, by allowing your child to use the Xxxxx Services, you are subject to the terms of this Agreement and responsible for your child’s activity on the Xxxxx Services.
