While employed by Employer. Employee shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable expenses, including travel and entertainment, incurred by Employee in the performance of Employee's duties. Employee will maintain records and written receipts as required by the Employer's policy and reasonably requested by the Employer to substantiate such expenses.

While employed by Employer. Employee shall be allowed to participate, on the same basis generally as other employees of Employer, in all general employee benefit plans and programs, including improvements or modifications of the same, which on the effective date or thereafter are made available by Employer to all or substantially all of Employer's employees. Such benefits, plans, and programs may include, without limitation, medical, health, and dental care, life insurance, disability protection, and pension plans. Nothing in this Agreement is to be construed or interpreted to provide greater rights, participation, coverage, or benefits under such benefit plans or programs than provided to similarly situated employees pursuant to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans and programs.
While employed by Employer. Employee shall be ------------------- entitled to such other benefits as are customarily accorded to the employees of the Employer, including, but not limited to, the right to participate in employee benefit programs maintained by the Employer from time to time, such as group health, life, and disability insurance.

Except as specifically provided herein, nothing in this Agreement is to be construed or interpreted to increase or alter in any way the rights, participation, coverage, or benefits under such benefit plans or programs than provided to executive employees pursuant to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans and programs.

  • Termination of Employment by Employee The Employee may terminate his employment at any time. However, he shall be deemed to have terminated his employment for "Good Reason" only if he terminates his employment by giving Notice of Termination pursuant to Paragraphs 6(d) and 6(e)(iii) within ninety (90) days after the occurrence of any of the following events (provided the Company does not cure such event within ten (10) days following its receipt of the Employee's Notice of Termination):

  • Termination of Employment by Executive The Executive may terminate his employment at any time.   • Termination of Employment by the Executive During the Term, the Executive may terminate employment with the Company with or without Good Reason (as defined below) by delivering to the Company, not less than thirty (30) days prior to the Termination Date, a written notice of termination; provided, that, if such termination of employment is by the Executive with Good Reason, such notice shall state in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances that constitute Good Reason.
