• Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA ‌ The IOA is a GSA Government official who audits Contractor records and conducts Contractor Assistance Visits (CAVs) to the Contractor’s place of business to assist the Contractor with task order reporting, Contract Access Fee (CAF) management, and other general contract administration functions deemed necessary by the Government.

• Framework Management Structure 2.1.1 The Supplier shall provide a suitably qualified nominated contact (the “Supplier Framework Manager”) who will take overall responsibility for delivering the Goods and/or Services required within this Framework Agreement, as well as a suitably qualified deputy to act in their absence.

• SBC-12STATE 47.1.1 The terms contained in this Agreement and any Appendices, Attachments, Exhibits, Schedules, and Addenda constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior understandings, proposals and other communications, oral or written between the Parties during the negotiations of this Agreement and through the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not operate as or constitute a novation of any agreement or contract between the Parties that predates the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement.

• Platby In consideration for the services rendered by the Institute, in the Study, the Sponsor agrees to pay to the Institute according to the Budget, attached as Exhibit B hereto (the “Fee”). The Fee shall be payable for each eligible Subject properly enrolled according to the Protocol upon proper completion and delivery to the Sponsor of the Case Report Forms (the “CRF”) for each Subject. The Fees, plus VAT calculated in the legal amount, shall be the full remuneration and payment by Sponsor for all costs incurred in the course of the clinical Study. Any and all taxes or other registration charges shall be borne by the Institute. The Sponsor will not pay Fees, reimburse any expense, charge, cost, nor bear any liability to the Institute, nor to any other person or entity, in respect of any Subject in excess of the maximum number of Subjects specified in the previous sentence. • Pendahuluan Semakin tahun semakin besar kebutuhan akan tanah, baik untuk kepentingan pembangunan perumahan atau gedung maupun untuk pelaksanaan usaha, termasuk usaha pertanian, sedangkan tanah 1 Xxxxx Xxxxxx,XX.XX. adalah Xxxxx Xxxxx III Fakultas Hukum Universitas Batanghari Jambi xxx Xxxxx Tetap PS. Ilmu Hukum Fakultas Hukum Universitas Batanghari Jambi. kosong yang tersedia sudah semakin sedikit xxx tidak pula memiliki tanah sendiri. Dikarenakan tanah sendiri tidak ada atau sangat kecil sedangkan kebutuhan untuk usaha sangat besar, maka diperlukan pihak xxxx xxxx memiliki lahan tanah yang luas untuk menggunakan tanahnya. Pihak yang membutuhkan lahan tanah yang luas untuk usahanya tidak hanya orang perorangan melainkan juga suatu badan usaha. Salah satu badan usaha yang memerlukan lahan tanah yang cukup luas untuk usahanya di kabupaten Muaro Jambi adalah PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama. Perusahaan ini membutuhkan lahan tanah yang luas guna usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit. Dari usaha yang dilakukan, akhirnya PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama mendapatkan lahan tanah yang diinginkannya dengan menggunakan tanah xxxxx masyarakat kecamatan Xxxx Xxxx. Penggunaan tanah masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx untuk keperluan usaha perkebunan PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama bukanlah terjadi dengan sendirinya xxx penguasaan semena-mena, melainkan diawali dengan suatu perjanjian kepada xxxxx masyarakat pemilik tanah tersebut. Perjanjian yang diadakan antara PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama dengan masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx adalah perjanjian penggunaan tanah untuk keperluan usaha, yang dituangkan dalam surat perjanjian. Dalam perjanjian yang diadakan, ditentukan xxx xxx kewajiban masing-masing pihak, umumnya hak dari pihak PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama dapat menggunakan tanah milik masyrakat adat untuk kegiatan usaha perkebunannya hingga jangka waktu yang ditentukan dengan kewajiban membayar sejumlah harga dari hasil perkebunan yang dilakukan xxx mengembalikan pengelolaan tanah tersebut kepada xxxxx masyarakat adat pada saat berakhirnya jangka waktu perjanjian. Sedangkan hak masyarakat adat selaku pemilik tanah selain mendapatkan bagian hasil perkebunan juga mendapatkan tanahnya kembali setelah berakhirnya perjanjian. Dikarenakan penggunaan tanah untuk usaha perkebunan memakan waktu yang cukup lama, maka banyak terjadi perubahan- perubahan dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian yang kadangkala tidak diketahui oleh pihak xxxxx masyarakat, sehingga merugikan xxxxx masyarakat itu sendiri. Dengan terjadinya perubahan-perubahan dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian tanpa diketahui oleh pihak xxxxx masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx, timbulah berbagai permasalahan berupa :

• Übertragung Es ist Ihnen nicht gestattet, die Apple Software zu vermieten, verleasen, verleihen oder Unterlizenzen für die Apple Software zu vergeben. Sie sind jedoch berechtigt, eine einmalige, permanente Übertragung aller Ihrer Lizenzrechte an der Apple Software an einen Dritten vorzunehmen, vorausgesetzt: (a) die Übertragung umfaßt die komplette Apple Software, einschließlich aller Komponenten, Originalmedien, gedruckten Materialien und diesen Lizenzvertrag; (b) Sie behalten keine Kopie der Apple Software oder von Teilen der Apple Software, einschließlich der Kopien, die sich auf einem Computer oder einem anderen Massenspeichergerät befinden; und (c) die Partei, die die Apple Software erhält, liest und akzeptiert die Bestimmungen dieses Lizenzvertrags. • Check Cashing We may charge a fee for anyone that does not have an account with us who is cashing a check, draft or other instrument written on your account. We may also require reasonable identification to cash such a check, draft or other instrument. We can decide what identification is reasonable under the circumstances and such identification may be documentary or physical and may include collecting a thumbprint or fingerprint. Truncation, Substitute Checks, and Other Check Images. If you truncate an original check and create a substitute check, or other paper or electronic image of the original check, you warrant that no one will be asked to make payment on the original check, a substitute check or any other electronic or paper image, if the payment obligation relating to the original check has already been paid. You also warrant that any substitute check you create conforms to the legal requirements and generally accepted specifications for substitute checks. You agree to retain the original check in conformance with our internal policy for retaining original checks. You agree to indemnify us for any loss we may incur as a result of any truncated check transaction you initiate. We can refuse to accept substitute checks that have not previously been warranted by a bank or other financial institution in conformance with the Check 21 Act. Unless specifically stated in a separate agreement between you and us, we do not have to accept any other electronic or paper image of an original check. Remotely Created Checks. Like any standard check or draft, a remotely created check (sometimes called a telecheck, preauthorized draft or demand draft) is a check or draft that can be used to withdraw money from an account. Unlike a typical check or draft, however, a remotely created check is not issued by the paying bank and does not contain the signature of the account owner (or a signature purported to be the signature of the account owner). In place of a signature, the check usually has a statement that the owner authorized the check or has the owner's name typed or printed on the signature line. For example, if a person provides an account number in response to a telephone solicitation, the telephone solicitor can use the account number to issue a remotely created check to withdraw money from that account. You warrant and agree to the following for every remotely created check we receive from you for deposit or collection: (1) you have received express and verifiable authorization to create the check in the amount and to the payee that appears on the check; (2) you will maintain proof of the authorization for at least 2 years from the date of the authorization, and supply us the proof if we ask; and

• Záznamy The Institution and the Investigator shall maintain accurate, complete and current records of all Study Data, including the Case Report Forms (or equivalent electronic data), relevant source documents and any other essential documents or materials as required by the Protocol, the Applicable Regulatory Requirements and PSI’s and the Sponsor’s instructions (collectively the "Records"). The Institution and the Investigator shall keep all the Records in a safe and secure location for the period required by the Applicable Regulatory Requirements, or for a period of fifteen (15) years following the completion of the Study, whichever is longer. The Institution and/or the Investigator may destroy the Records at the end of the Records keeping period on the condition that the Institution and/or the Investigator sends written notice to the Sponsor at least sixty (60) days prior to the date deletion/disposal will occur, and, if requested by the Sponsor, cooperates with the Sponsor in extending the Record keeping period or shipping the Records to another facility for storage, at the Sponsor’s reasonable expense. Zdravotnické zařízení a Hlavní zkoušející povedou přesné, úplné a aktuální záznamy o všech Studijních údajích, které budou zahrnovat Záznamy subjektů hodnocení (nebo odpovídající údaje v elektronické podobě), příslušné zdrojové dokumenty a jakékoli další nezbytné dokumenty nebo materiály dle požadavků Protokolu, Platných regulačních požadavků a pokynů PSI a Zadavatele (dále jen „Záznamy“). Zdravotnické zařízení a Hlavní zkoušející budou Záznamy uchovávat na bezpečném a zabezpečením místě xx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx regulačními požadavky nebo po dobu patnácti (15) let od dokončení Studie (kterákoli doba bude delší). Zdravotnické zařízení a/nebo Hlavní zkoušející mohou Záznamy po uplynutí lhůty pro uchovávání Záznamů zlikvidovat za podmínky, že Zdravotnické zařízení a/nebo Hlavní zkoušející zašlou Zadavateli oznámení alespoň šedesát (60) dnů před datem vymazání/likvidace Záznamů a na žádost Zadavatele s ním budou spolupracovat na prodloužení lhůty pro uchovávání Záznamů nebo zaslání Záznamů do jiného zařízení, kde budou uloženy, a to na přiměřené náklady Zadavatele.

• NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY AGREED that in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein set forth, the parties agree as follows:
