Where the Secretary. of State makes a determination to recover any amount of Grant, it may recover the amount concerned by withholding or deducting the amount from any sum due from the Secretary of State to the Grant Recipient under this Funding Agreement or under any funding agreement for the support of any other project or activities by the European Regional Development Fund, or under any other agreement with the Secretary of State.
