Verification of the Registration of E - Bidders 6.1. Registration shall subject to verification and approval of the Auctioneer’s website and subject further to bank’s clearance of deposit payment. Please take note that approval from the Auctioneer’s administrator may take at least 1 working day and any improper, incomplete registration or late registration may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. Neither the Auctioneer nor its website nor its agents and/or representative bears any responsibility or assumes any liability in the event that the registration of a prospective E-Bidders is rejected and/or delayed for any reason whatsoever. In the event of the registration is rejected, the deposit paid (if cleared by the bank) shall be refunded to the same bank account from which the deposit transfer was made within three (3) working days.
Abuse Registry The Contractor agrees not to employ any individual, use any volunteer, or otherwise provide reimbursement to any individual in the performance of services connected with this agreement, who provides care, custody, treatment, transportation, or supervision to children or vulnerable adults if there is a substantiation of abuse or neglect or exploitation against that individual. The Contractor will check the Adult Abuse Registry in the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living. Unless the Contractor holds a valid child care license or registration from the Division of Child Development, Department for Children and Families, the Contractor shall also check the Central Child Protection Registry. (See 33 V.S.A. §4919(a)(3) & 33 V.S.A. §6911(c)(3)).

You also agree that you wil not access any Services for which a password is required by using any third party’s password. If you discover any use of your password other than by you, you agree to immediately notify us. If you become aware of unauthorized account access, you similarly agree to immediately notify us. At the end of any use of a password protected Service, you agree to exit and logout out of your user session. Under no circumstances sha l we be responsible for any loss or damage that may result if you fail to comply with these requirements.

Registered Nurse Level 3 (RN3) An employee at this level may also be known as a Clinical Nurse Consultant, Nurse Manager or Nurse Educator. An employee appointed at this level: Holds any other qualification required for working in the employee’s particular practice setting; and is appointed as such by a selection process or by reclassification from a lower level when that the employee is required to perform the duties detailed in this subclause on a continuing basis. Duties of a Nurse Manager will substantially include, but are not confined to: Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others Including the Clinical Nurse Consultant and the Nurse Educator, particularly in the areas of action research and quality assurance programs; Staff selection and education; allocation and rostering of staff; Occupational health; Initiation and evaluation of research related to staff and resource management; Participating in policy development and implementation; Acting as a consultant on request in the employee’s own area of proficiency (for the purpose of facilitating the provision of quality nursing care); Being accountable for the management of human and material resources within a specified span of control, including the development and evaluation of staffing methodologies; and Managing financial matters, budget preparation and cost control in respect of nursing within that span of control. Duties of a Nurse Educator will substantially include, but are not confined to: Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others including the Clinical Nurse Consultant and the Nurse Manager, particularly in the areas of action research; Implementation and evaluation of staff education and development programs; Staff selection; Implementation and evaluation of patient or client education programs;
Transfers of Registered Notes 2.1 Transfers of interests in Registered Global Notes Transfers of beneficial interests in Registered Global Notes will be effected by Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg, as the case may be, and, in turn, by other participants and, if appropriate, indirect participants in such clearing systems acting on behalf of transferors and transferees of such interests. A beneficial interest in a Registered Global Note will, subject to compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory restrictions, be transferable for Notes in definitive form or for a beneficial interest in another Registered Global Note of the same series only in the authorised denominations set out in the applicable Final Terms and only in accordance with the rules and operating procedures for the time being of Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg, as the case may be, and in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Agency Agreement.
Maintenance of Office or Agency for the Residual Certificates Xxxxxx Mae shall maintain at its expense an office or agency where the Residual Certificates may be surrendered for registration of transfer and where notices and demands to or upon Xxxxxx Xxx in respect of the Residual Certificates and this Trust Agreement may be served. Xxxxxx Mae initially appoints State Street Bank and Trust Company at its Corporate Trust Office as its office for said purposes. Xxxxxx Xxx will give prompt written notice to the Holders of the Residual Certificates of any change in the location of any such office or agency.
Duties of the Registrar The Registrar will keep a record (the “Register”) of the names and addresses of the Holders, the Notes held by each Holder and the transfer, exchange, repurchase, Redemption and conversion of Notes. Absent manifest error, the entries in the Register will be conclusive and the Company and the Trustee may treat each Person whose name is recorded as a Holder in the Register as a Holder for all purposes. The Register will be in written form or in any form capable of being converted into written form reasonably promptly.
