Where Personal. Xxxxx’s Leave with pay credits has been exhausted and an employee is absent as a result of personal illness or injury, the Chief Executive Officer may approve personal leave without pay which will not count as service unless required by legislation.

Where Personal. Data Processed under this DPA is subject to Data Protection Law in the UK (and to the extent required by such law), by signing this DPA Customer and Slite agree to be bound by the UK Addendum which is hereby incorporated by reference and completed as follows: Part 1, table 1 of the UK Addendum will be deemed to be completed like its equivalent provisions in the Standard Contractual Clauses (module 2) in Annex I, Section 1. For the purpose of Part 1, Table 4, the party that may end the UK Addendum in accordance with Section 19 of the UK Addendum is the importer. Part 2, Mandatory Clauses of the UK Addendum shall be deemed completed with the following provision: “Mandatory Clauses of the Approved Addendum, being the template Addendum B.1.0 issued by the ICO and laid before Parliament in accordance with s119A of the Data Protection Act 2018 on 2 February 2022, as it is revised under Section 18 of those Mandatory Clauses”.

  • Personal medical leave, serious health condition leave, or serious injury or illness leave covered by family medical leave may be taken intermittently when certified as medically necessary. Employees must make reasonable efforts to schedule leave for planned medical treatment so as not to unduly disrupt the Employer’s operations. Faculty members needing to use sick/personal days shall fill out the requisite forms according to official College procedures.

  • Damage to Personal Property The Employer will provide reimbursement for reasonable repair or replacement of damages incurred to the employee's eyeglasses, contact lenses or other prosthesis, ripped uniforms, or personal clothing, as a result of being assaulted while performing his/her work. The employee must report the incident by the end of their shift. The employee will present her or his receipt to the Employer within seven (7) days after the event, unless it was impossible for her or him to do so during this period. The Employer will reimburse up to a maximum of one hundred dollars ($100) per incident except for eyeglasses, which shall have a maximum reimbursement of three hundred dollars ($300).

  • Leave for Personal Reasons (a) An employee may be allowed a leave of absence without pay for up to thirty (30) days for personal reasons if:

  • Personal Vehicles A. Employees who are directed by the Employer to use a personal vehicle for official state business shall do so in accordance with state fleet policies established by the Department of Budget and Management. When circumstances make it impractical for an employee to obtain a state vehicle on the day the vehicle will be used, such employee may request the vehicle at the end of the prior day’s shift, and the appointing authority shall make reasonable accommodation, consistent with the efficient operation of the unit, to accommodate such request. If such request cannot be granted, the employee may use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the full rate in accordance with state fleet policies.
