When Notice Received. Any such notice shall be deemed to have been delivered and received: (i) in the case of personal delivery, on the date of actual receipt by the applicable individual designated; (ii) in the case of an internationally recognized overnight courier in circumstances under which such courier guarantees next Business Day delivery, on the date of actual receipt by the applicable individual designated; and (iii) in the case of mailing by registered or certified mail (return-receipt requested), on the date of actual receipt by the applicable individual designated.

In the case of facsimile transmission, the sending Party shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to promptly mail or deliver a copy of the notice by internationally recognized courier or by registered or certified mail (return-receipt requested); provided, however, that the delivery or mailing of, or the failure to deliver or mail, such a copy shall not affect the effectiveness or the time of delivery or receipt of the notice.
