When it ends. This Agreement will nominally expire on 26 March 2022. The Agreement will continue to operate after the expiry date unless formally terminated pursuant to the Act or varied by consent of IBIS Care Miranda and employees whose employment is subject to this Agreement (and such variation is approved by the Fair Work Commission).

When it ends. The nominal expiry date of this agreement is the first anniversary of the date it is lodged. This agreement will continue to operate after the nominal expiry date unless formally terminated pursuant to the Act.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

The transmission of power up to the point of interconnection where the metering is done for energy accounting shall be the responsibility of the SPD at his own cost.
