WHEN AND WHERE WILL. THE COURT DECIDE WHETHER TO APPROVE THE SETTLEMENT? The Court will hold a hearing about the Settlement at :00 .m. on , in Courtroom 11-2 at the Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xx., United States Courthouse, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx, XX 00000. At this hearing, the Court will consider whether the Settlement is fair, reasonable, and adequate, and Class Counsel’s applications for attorneys’ fees and expenses and case contribution award to the Settling Plaintiff. If there are valid and timely objections, the Court will consider them. The Court may listen to people who have properly asked in writing beforehand to speak at the hearing. After the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Settlement. It is unknown how long this decision will take.

  • Where 15 4.1 applies the Authority must take reasonable steps, if practicable, to give the Contractor advance notice of the fact of disclosure or, failing that, draw the fact of disclosure to the attention of the Contractor after such disclosure to the extent that it is permissible and reasonably practical for it to do.

  • Supervision and Evaluation The Dutch educational institution and the internship employer will both appoint internship supervisors who will be responsible for supervising the intern. If problems arise, the two internship supervisors will contact each other. There will be an interim evaluation and a final evaluation. The parties will agree on what shape these evaluations will take. At the end of the internship, the Dutch educational institution will require a report from the intern. The requirements of the report will be known by the student before the internship begins. The internship employer will be presented with a copy of this report. The internship employer will present the intern with an evaluation of his/her internship.

  • Erosion and Sediment Control The Contractor shall install and maintain erosion and sediment control devices to prevent adjacent streets, storm drains and property from accumulations of soil, sediment, or dust which result from his work. Devices installed to control sediment and prevent erosion shall comply with the requirements of the Georgia Tech Project Superintendent. The Contractor is responsible for monitoring downstream conditions throughout the construction period and clearing any debris, sediment, and dust caused by the progress of the Work. The Contractor shall inspect, maintain, and clear erosion and sediment control devices at least weekly unless otherwise directed by the Georgia Institute of Technology Construction Manager. At the conclusion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove all installed devices and restoring the site to the satisfaction of the Georgia Tech Construction Manager.

  • Vaccination and Inoculation (a) The Employer agrees to take all reasonable precautions, including in-service seminars, to limit the spread of infectious diseases among employees.

  • Planning and Preparation 1. Uses established local and the Core Curriculum Standards and Cumulative Progress Indicators as well as established local and state curriculum objectives in planning lessons.

  • EVALUATION AND MONITORING The ORGANIZATION agrees to maintain books, records and other documents and evidence, and to use accounting procedures and practices that sufficiently and properly support the complete performance of and the full compliance with this Agreement. The ORGANIZATION will retain these supporting books, records, documents and other materials for at least three (3) calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY and/or the State Auditor and any of their representatives shall have full and complete access to these books, records and other documents and evidence retained by the ORGANIZATION respecting all matters covered in and under this Agreement, and shall have the right to examine such during normal business hours as often as the COUNTY and/or the State Auditor may deem necessary. Such representatives shall be permitted to audit, examine and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, and records of matters covered by this Agreement. These access and examination rights shall last for three calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY intends without guarantee for its agents to use reasonable security procedures and protections to assure that related records and documents provided by the ORGANIZATION are not erroneously disclosed to third parties. The COUNTY will, however, disclose or make this material available to those authorized by/in the above paragraph or permitted under the provisions of Chapter 42.56 RCW without notice to the ORGANIZATION. The ORGANIZATION shall cooperate with and freely participate in any other monitoring or evaluation activities pertinent to this Agreement that the COUNTY finds needing to be conducted.

  • Experts and witnesses An official of a requested authority may be authorized to appear, within the limitations of the authorization granted, as an expert or witness in judicial or administrative proceedings regarding the matters covered by this Chapter in the jurisdiction of the other Party, and produce such objects, documents, or authenticated copies thereof, as may be needed for the proceedings. The request for an appearance shall indicate specifically on what matters and by virtue of what title or qualification the official will be questioned.

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation (c) The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”

  • Open and Transparent Consistent with ICANN’s expressed mission and core values, ICANN shall operate in an open and transparent manner.
