WHEN AN EMPLOYEE WORKS THE. FRIDAY NIGHT DESK SHIFT AFTER HAVING WORKED A DAY SHIFT ON FRIDAY, HE/SHE SHALL BE PAID A PREMIUM OF $12.75 FOR THAT SHIFT (EFFECTIVE AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2004, $13.00 FOR THAT SHIFT AND EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2005 $13.25 FOR THAT SHIFT). SECTION 26 - SEVERANCE PAY 26.01 IN THE EVENT OF A CONSOLIDATION OR SUSPENSION OF OPERATIONS OR REDUCTION OF THE WORK FORCE, EMPLOYEES WILL RECEIVE ONE WEEK'S PAY PER SIX (6) MONTHS OF SERVICE UP TO A MAXIMUM OF THIRTY-SIX (36) WEEKS.

  • An Employee (other than a casual employee) required to attend for jury service during ordinary working hours will be reimbursed by the Company an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of the employee’s attendance for such jury service and the amount of wage the employee would have received in respect of the ordinary time the employee would have worked had the employee not been on jury service.
