WHAT TO DO IF YOU SUFFER UNFORESEEN HARDSHIP. If something unexpected happens and you think you may be unable to meet your obligations under this Agreement we may be able to amend the terms of this Agreement to help you. You may be able to make an application for a change to this Agreement if you suffer hardship. For example, if you are sick or injured, lose your job or your relationship has ended. You need to apply to us in writing and explain why you think you cannot meet your obligations under this Agreement. You must also explain what changes to this Agreement will help you meet your obligations.
