Without prejudice to the generality of the Supplier’s statutory obligations under the relevant Health & Safety legislation, the Supplier shall complete a written risk assessment and shall provide the same to the BBC not less than a week before the Supplier commences performance of the services, or within such shorter period as may be agreed by the BBC.
