Wellness Program. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent a department or agency from recommending experimental “fitness” type programs and reward programs involving wellness promotion activities. Any such activities shall be funded from the department’s separate appropriation, after review by the Benefits Advisory Committee and approval by the Secretary of Administration, or designee.
Wellness Program. The University shall continue funding in a dedicated account for the Wellness Program. The Wellness Program shall be developed by, and oversight shall be provided by, the Health Care Advisory Committee. The program shall include incentives for employees to participate in the program. The University will maintain current funding of the Wellness Program during the term of this Agreement.
Wellness Program. During the term of this Agreement, the University may introduce a wellness or healthy life-style program. Such a program may include a combination of activities that are designed to increase awareness, assess risks, educate and promote voluntary behavior changes to improve the health of an individual, encourage modifications of his/her health status and enhance his/her personal well-being and productivity, with a goal of preventing illness and injury. Participation in such programs by Faculty Members shall be voluntary. Faculty Members who choose to participate will receive all the benefits afforded by participation.
Wellness Program. 32.1 The pilot "wellness incentive program" shall sunset at 11:59 PM on June 30, 2020.

Wellness Program. Beginning in 2017, members of the bargaining unit shall be allowed to participate in the Xxxxxxxxxx County Wellness Program and shall be eligible for the $100 per year assessment and $500 per year reimbursement.
Wellness Program i. A wellness program will be offered as an element of medical benefits regardless of the specific plan chosen by the employee. Employees may participate in the wellness program.
Wellness Program. The City shall maintain a Wellness Program for all City of Concord employees.
Wellness Program. The School City of Xxxxxxx will provide teachers and their spouses with the opportunity to participate in the School City of Xxxxxxx Wellness Program.
Wellness Program. Employees are encouraged to participate in a fitness program. However, participation is voluntary, and employees do it at their own risk. To further encourage the wellness of its employees, the District authorizes employees (upon approval of an employee’s supervisor) who participate in aerobic physical exercise (walking, jogging, swimming, etc.) to use up to 30 minutes of regular work time for this purpose. Exercise is normally done over the lunch hour, with an extension of 30 minutes. This amount of time is intended to allow the exercising employee the opportunity to receive a thorough aerobic workout, and time to return to work refreshed and relieved of stress. A shower is available for employee use. Approval of wellness time will be dependent upon the division workload and coordination with the schedules of co-workers.
