Wellness. A. To support the statewide goal for a healthy and productive workforce, employees are encouraged to participate in a Well-Being Assessment survey. Employees will be granted work time and may use a state computer to complete the survey.
Wellness. The Employer and the Union will encourage and support employee participation in appropriate programs including the UW Care Link Services through which employees may seek confidential assistance in the resolution of chemical dependency or other problems that may affect job performance. UW Care Link Services may presently be reached at 0-000-000-0000 (business hours) or 1-800- 833-3031 (24 hour line). No employee’s job security will be placed in jeopardy as a result of seeking and following through with corrective treatment, counseling or advice providing that the employee’s job performance meets supervisory expectations.

Wellness. The College encourages employee wellness. The College will provide employees access to wellness facilities and resources consistent with other employee groups. Employees covered under this Agreement may participate in the College’s wellness activities that are developed each fiscal year by Human Resource Services in consultation with the Wellness Committee. Employee-requested schedule changes may be granted for participation in wellness activities. In addition, the College may offer employees wellness classes when it can do so at no cost or within available resources.
Wellness. The State shall work with the Union to review the Wellness Program to provide recommendations to the Secretary of Budget and Management regarding cost neutral, positive incentives for the Wellness Program.
Wellness. The Employer encourages employee wellness. The Employer will provide employees access to wellness facilities and resources consistent with other employee groups. Human Resource Services, in consultation with the Wellness Committee, will develop three (3) group instruction wellness classes per fiscal year. The group instruction classes will be available to all employees. Employee-requested schedule changes may be granted in accordance with Article 7, Hours of Work, for participation in wellness activities. In addition, the Employer may offer employees wellness classes when it can do so at no cost or within available resources.
Wellness. In light of evidence that indicates that “Wellness” program in the work place improves health, reduces stress, reduces insurance costs and reduces staff absenteeism, the Xxxxxxx Board of Education agrees to investigate the development of such a program with the Gaylord Education Association. The Board proposes to work with the Association in developing an “Employee Assistance Program”. Such a program might include stress management workshops, exercise activities, weight lifting, weight loss and control programs, stop smoking programs and medical supervision. Both parties agree to work with other interested groups in the community.
Wellness. Any provision for the wellness program will be at the discretion of the Superintendent or Agency Head and is nongrievable.
Wellness. 36.1 Effective January 1, 2020, an Employee shall, by December 31 each calendar year, provide to the Employer certification that the Employee has completed an annual preventive physical exam and recommended preventive screenings, and an annual dental exam, within the previous 12 months. The certification shall be signed by a qualified healthcare provider appropriate to make such certification.
Wellness. The City shall allow all employees represented by the Union use of the Xxxxxx and North Fontana Fitness Centers (ONLY) at no cost to the employee. Use of the centers is at each employee’s own risk and subject to the rules and regulations and hours of operation determined by the Community Services Department. Employees MUST show City issued ID to obtain access. Violation of any safety rule or regulations shall constitute valid grounds for revocation of the privilege of the Fitness Center usage, not subject to grievance. (July 2013)
