Well Pump. INCLUDED: All components and parts of well pump utilized for main dwelling only. EXCLUDED: Well casings; pressure tanks; pressure switches; hoisting or removal; piping or electrical lines leading to or connecting pressure tank and main dwelling; holding or storage tanks; and redrilling of xxxxx.
Well Pump. What is covered? All parts of Your well pump, except those in “What is not covered?” below. What is not covered? Well casings, pressure tanks, piping or electrical lines leading to or connecting the well pump and Your Home, holding or storage tanks, re-drilling of xxxxx. See also “Additional Exclusions”. What is the maximum amount We will pay for Covered Repairs? • Up to $1,500 per Term (“Benefit Limit”). • Multiple Service Calls up to the Benefit Limit. See “What is a Service Call?” below. What is the maximum amount We will pay for Covered Repairs for Your Covered Items? • For clothes dryer and clothes washer: up to an aggregate of $2,000 per Term for these Covered Items combined (“Benefit Limit”). • Multiple Service Calls up to the Benefit Limit. See “What is a Service Call?” below. • For dishwasher, microwave oven, range/oven/cooktop and trash compactor: up to an aggregate of $2,000 per Term for these Covered Items combined (“Benefit Limit”). • Multiple Service Calls up to the Benefit Limit. See “What is a Service Call?” below. • For exterior gas line, exterior sewer line and exterior water service line: up to an aggregate of $1,000 per Term for these Covered Items combined (“Benefit Limit”). • Multiple Service Calls up to the Benefit Limit. See “What is a Service Call?” below. What will happen if We cannot repair Your Covered Item(s)? If a failed Covered Item cannot be repaired, We will provide a comparable replacement, and if necessary, removal, of the Covered Item up to Your Benefit Limit. We reserve the right to issue a check for the replacement value of the failed Covered Item up to Your Benefit Limit if We cannot provide a comparable replacement within a reasonable time period. We will not replace or issue a check for cooling system Covered Repairs that involve the replacement of refrigerant that is obsolete, phased out, or unavailable. If You do not have sufficient space to install such replacement Covered Item according to manufacturer specifications, code, law, regulation, or ordinance, You may choose to receive a full refund less any claims paid or Tune-Ups provided by Us. What restoration is included? • Restoration to any area on Your Property disturbed by the Covered Repair is limited to filling, raking, and reseeding of grass, reinstallation of existing soft landscaping and shrubbery, and patching of paved surfaces. • Debris will be removed from the restoration area. What restoration is not covered?

NOT COVERED: holding or storage tanks, digging, locating pump, pump retrieval, redrilling xxxxx, well casings, pressure tanks, pressure switches and gauges, check valve, relief valve, drop pipe, piping or electrical lines leading to or connecting pressure tank and main dwelling including wiring from control box to the pump, booster pumps, well pump and well pump components for geothermal and/or water source heat pumps. We will pay no more than $500.00 per contract term for access, diagnosis and repair and/or replacement of covered well pump components and parts.
Well Pump. What is Protected? • All components and parts of one well pump that is utilized as the primary source of water to the home.

COVERED ITEMS: All components and parts of well pump utilized as a source of water to the home, except: NOT COVERED: ABOVE OR UNDERGROUND PIPING, CABLE OR ELECTRICAL LINES LEADING TO OR FROM THE WELL PUMP, INCLUDING THOSE THAT ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE WELL CASING – WELL CASINGS – PRESSURE SWITCHES NOT LOCATED ON THE PUMP – HOLDING, STORAGE OR PRESSURE TANKS – BOOSTER PUMPS – REDRILLING OF XXXXX – WELL PUMP AND ALL WELL PUMP COMPONENTS FOR GEOTHERMAL AND/OR WATER SOURCE HEAT PUMPS. NOTE: AHS will pay up to $1,500 per contract term for access, diagnosis and repair or replacement.
Well Pump as the main source of water to the home including well pump, controls, impellers, motor, and pump seals.
