Common use of Welfare, Pension and Incentive Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Welfare, Pension and Incentive Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, Executive will be entitled to participate in such 401(k) and employee welfare and benefit plans and programs of the Company as are made available to the Company’s senior level executives or to its employees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, long-term disability and life insurance plans.

During the Employment Period, Executive will shall be entitled to participate in such 401(k) and be covered under all the welfare, retirement and other employee welfare and benefit plans and programs of the Company as are made available to the Company’s senior level executives or to its employees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect maintained by the Company from time to time, time for the benefit of its senior executive officers including, without limitation, healthall medical, medicalhospitalization, dental, long-term disability disability, accidental death and life dismemberment, travel accident insurance plans and programs, retirement, and savings plans.
