Welfare Benefits. Subject to Section 10 herein, the Executive shall be eligible for health and dental coverage as provided for under COBRA, using the normal COBRA administration process of the Company. The Company will pay all costs of these benefits for a period equal to twelve (12) months, after which the Executive will be responsible for paying the full COBRA costs of benefits.. If the Executive accepts employment with another employer and is no longer eligible for COBRA coverage, these welfare benefits will cease to be provided.
