Common use of Welfare Benefits Clause in Contracts

Welfare Benefits. The Executive and/or the Executive’s family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in, and shall receive benefits under, welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company to the same extent as provided generally to senior executives of the Company.

Welfare Benefits. The Executive and/or the Executive’s family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in, and shall receive benefits under, welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company to the same extent as provided generally to similarly situated senior executives of the Company.

The Executive and/or the Executive’s family, as the case may be, and his family shall be eligible for participation in, and shall receive all benefits under, welfare benefit plans, practices, policies policies, and programs provided by the Company to the same extent as provided generally to senior executives other executive officers of the Company. These may, but will not necessarily include medical, prescription, dental, optical, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, dependent life, accidental death, and travel accident insurance plans and programs.

The Executive and/or the Executive’s 's family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation entitled to participate in, and shall receive all benefits under, all welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs generally provided by the Company (including without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, employee life, group life, dependent life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) at a level that is equal to the same extent as provided generally to other senior executives of the Company.
