Common use of Welfare Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Welfare Benefit Plans. During the Term, Executive and Executive’s eligible dependents shall be eligible for participation in, and shall receive all benefits under, the welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including, without limitation, medical, prescription drug, dental, disability, employee life, dependent life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) (“Welfare Plans”) to the extent available to other Peer Executives.

Welfare Benefit Plans. During the TermEmployment Period, Executive and Executive’s eligible dependents shall be eligible for participation in, and shall receive all benefits under, the welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including, without limitation, medical, prescription drug, dental, disability, employee life, dependent life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) (“Welfare Plans”) to the extent available to other Peer Executives.

Welfare Benefit Plans. During the TermEmployment Period, Executive and Executive’s eligible dependents shall be eligible for participation in, and shall receive all benefits under, the welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including, without limitation, medical, prescription drug, dental, disability, employee life, dependent life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) (“Welfare Plans”) to the extent available to other Peer Executivesall senior executive employees of the Company based in the United States, subject to the terms and conditions of any such plans.

During the Term, Executive and Executive’s eligible dependents shall be eligible for participation in, and shall receive all benefits under, the welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including, without limitation, medical, prescription drugprescription, dental, disability, employee Executive life, dependent group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) (“Welfare Plans”) to the extent available applicable generally to other Peer Executives. The Company shall pay the premiums required to continue the long-term disability insurance coverage for Executive under Executive’s existing portable long-term disability insurance policy.

During the TermEmployment Period, Executive and Executive’s eligible dependents shall be eligible for participation in, and shall receive all benefits under, the welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including, without limitation, medical, prescription drug, dental, disability, employee life, dependent life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) (“Welfare Plans”) to the extent available to other Peer Executives.. Without limiting the foregoing, the following shall apply:

During the TermEmployment Period, Executive and Executive’s 's eligible dependents shall be eligible for participation in, and shall receive all benefits under, the welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including, without limitation, medical, prescription drug, dental, disability, employee life, dependent life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) (“"Welfare Plans”") to the extent available to other Peer Executives.

During the Term, Executive and Executive’s eligible dependents spouse and dependents, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in, in and shall receive all benefits under, the under welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and its affiliates (including, without limitation, medical, prescription drugprescription, dental, retiree health, disability, employee life, dependent group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) (“Welfare Plans”) on terms and conditions no less favorable than the terms and conditions generally applicable to the extent available to other Peer Executives.

Welfare Benefit Plans. During the TermEmployment Period, Executive and and/or Executive’s eligible dependents dependents, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in, in and shall receive all benefits under, the under welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and its affiliated companies (including, without limitation, medical, prescription drugprescription, dental, disability, employee life, dependent group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) (“Welfare Plans”) to the extent available applicable generally to other Peer ExecutivesExecutives and subject to eligibility requirements and terms and conditions of each such plan.

Welfare Benefit Plans. During the Term, Executive and Executive’s eligible dependents shall be eligible for participation in, and shall receive all benefits under, the welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including, without limitation, medical, prescription drugprescription, dental, disability, employee executive life, dependent group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) (“Welfare Plans”) to the extent available applicable generally to other Peer Senior Executives.

Welfare Benefit Plans. During the Term, Executive and and/or Executive’s eligible dependents dependents, as the case may be shall be eligible for participation in, in and shall receive all benefits under, the under welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and its subsidiaries from time to time (including, without limitation, medical, prescription drugprescription, dental, disability, salary continuance, employee life, dependent group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) (“Welfare Plans”) that the Company may adopt from time to the extent available time applicable to other Peer Executivesexecutive employees of comparable stature.

Welfare Benefit Plans. During the Term, Executive and Executive’s eligible dependents shall be eligible for participation in, and shall receive all benefits under, the welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including, without limitation, medical, prescription drugprescription, dental, disability, employee Executive life, dependent group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) (“Welfare Plans”) to the extent available applicable generally to other Peer Executives. During the Term, the Company shall pay the premiums required to continue the long-term disability insurance coverage for Executive under Executive’s existing portable long-term disability insurance policy.

Welfare Benefit Plans. During the Term, Executive and Executive’s eligible dependents shall be eligible for participation in, and shall receive all benefits under, the welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including, without limitation, medical, prescription drugprescription, dental, disability, employee executive life, dependent group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) (“Welfare Plans”) to the extent available applicable generally to other Peer Executives. Not in limitation of the foregoing, Executive shall be entitled to participate in and receive benefits under the Company’s standard relocation policy.
