Welfare Benefit Plan. Until the Date of Termination, the Employee and/or the Employee’s family, as the case may be, shall be eligible to participate in and shall receive all benefits under each welfare benefit plan of the Company currently maintained or hereinafter established by the Company for the benefit of its employees. Such welfare benefit plans may include, without limitation, medical, dental, disability, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs.

Welfare Benefit Plan. A Welfare Benefit Plan for all BPOA employees has been established in accordance with Section 501(c) (9) (Voluntary Employees Beneficiary Association) of the Internal Revenue Code. Welfare Benefit Plan. (i) From the Effective Date, until the earlier to occur of the date on which (a) the Company adopts a firm-wide medical benefit plan for its employees which fully covers the Employee, his spouse and dependents, or (b) the expiration of the Employee's Consolidated Omnibus Reconciliation Act ("COBRA") medical benefits to which the Employee is entitled to by reason of the termination of his employment with DESI, the Company shall reimburse the Employee for his COBRA medical coverage expenses for himself and his spouse and dependents. Thereafter, during the Employment Period, the Company shall provide the Employer with the medical benefits provided on a firm-wide basis to its senior executives or in the absence of such a plan, the Company shall provide the Employee with medical benefits comparable to the medical benefits available to the Employee at DESI.
