Welding Procedures and Weld Testing. Qualified personnel in accordance with the Specification, and to the approved procedures shall carry out all welding and all testing of welds. The CONTRACTOR/VENDOR must be aware of and in full compliance with the Canadian welding policies, standards and codes established by the TSSA and CWB. Testing of welds shall include, but not be limited to, those in all areas of high working stress. The CONTRACTOR/VENDOR shall show, both on the drawings and in his Quality Plan which he submits for approval, the methods of testing which he proposes to adopt in each case, both non-destructive and by means of test specimens. The CONTRACTOR/VENDOR shall carry out the tests approved and such additional tests as ALBERICI may require at any time to prove conformity with the specification if deemed necessary.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Think 12 will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Think 12 must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non- designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Think 12 will be required to provide the results of the Think 12 test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.

  • Random Testing Notwithstanding any provisions of the Collective Agreement or any special agreements appended thereto, section 4.6 of the Canadian Model will not be applied by agreement. If applied to a worker dispatched by the Union, it will be applied or deemed to be applied unilaterally by the Employer. The Union retains the right to grieve the legality of any imposition of random testing in accordance with the Grievance Procedure set out in this Collective Agreement.
