WEIGHTS AND MEASURES. Except as may be otherwise specified in the Contract, English shall be used by the Contractor in all written communications to the Employer or the Engineer with respect to the services to be rendered and with respect to all documents procured or prepared by the Contractor pertaining to the Works. The metric system of weights and measures shall be used in all instances.
