Weight Limitations. Lessee hereby specifically acknowledges that the roadways, taxi lanes, taxiways, ramps and aprons located on the Airport wherein the Leased Premises are located are stressed for designated maximum gross weights. Lessee shall be responsible for all damage or destruction caused by utilization of said Airport roadways, taxi lanes, taxiways, ramps and aprons by aircraft or vehicles operated by Lessee or invitees in excess of the maximum gross weights.
Weight Limitations. ICS Courier will not accept any piece that exceeds 30 kilograms unless otherwise specifically agreed by ICS Courier in writing. ICS Courier charges according to actual weight and reserves the right to reweigh shipments. The Shipper acknowledges that any variance between the shipment’s declared weight and actual weight as determined by ICS Courier will result in an adjustment to the rate charged and the party to be billed agrees to pay same. All weights shall be referenced in grams or kilograms.
Weight Limitations. You may not keep anything in your apartment that, in our sole judgment. exceeds the permissible load or jeopardizes the safety of the floors or structure. You agree to remove immediately any such item upon demand in writing from us. If you fail to do so within twenty-four (24) hours. Owner or its agent will enter your apartment and remove such items at your cost without liability for the ultimate condition of the item removed. Fish tanks that are kept in apartments shall not exceed ten ( 10) gallons.
Weight Limitations. Unless expressly permitted in the Contract Documents, CONTRACTOR shall not operate construction equipment or vehicles of any kind which, laden or unladen, exceed the maximum weight limits set forth in Division 15 of the Vehicle Code, over completed or existing treated base, surfacing, pavement, or structures in any area within the limits of the project.
