Common use of Weeks Vacation Clause in Contracts

Weeks Vacation. Subject to what is contained in Articles 20.9 and 20.10, full-time employees on the active payroll with three (3) full years’ continuous service as of May 31st in any year, shall be entitled to three (3) weeks’ vacation with pay, calculated at the rate of three (3) weeks’ normal earnings.

Weeks Vacation. Subject to what is contained in Articles 20.9 and 20.10, fullFull-time employees on the active payroll with three twenty-one (321) full years’ continuous service as of May 31st in any year, year shall be entitled to three six (36) weeks’ vacation with pay, pay calculated at the rate of three six (36) weeks’ normal earnings.
