The Weekly Status Reports clause requires one or both parties to provide regular updates on the progress of work, typically on a weekly basis. These reports may include summaries of completed tasks, upcoming milestones, encountered issues, and any deviations from the project plan. Weekly Status Reports. The Settlement Administrator shall provide a weekly status report to the Parties. As part of its weekly status report, the Settlement Administrator will inform Class Counsel and Defendants’ Counsel of the number of Notices mailed, the number of Notices returned as undeliverable, the number of Notices re-mailed, and the number of requests for exclusion or objections received.
Weekly Status Reports. The Contractor shall prepare and deliver a Weekly Status Report for all work performed under the task order. The report shall include the technical progress and status of work of the task order. The report shall be provided on a weekly basis on a standard day/time to be determined after award of the task order but will be required one (1) day prior to the weekly status call. The COR/task manager shall determine if a weekly status report is needed for individual task orders. The technical progress report shall include at a minimum:

Weekly Status Reports. During construction, the Certificate Holder will provide DPS Staff and the NYSDEC (and NYSDOT when state highways are affected) with weekly status reports. These reports will summarize construction activities and indicate construction activities and locations scheduled for the following two weeks.

Weekly Status Reports a. The Audiovisual Integrator shall provide weekly progress updates to the Ar- chitect and Audiovisual Consultant. Weekly Status Reports shall be submit- ▇▇▇ as directed by the CM via faxed hard copy or electronic means (i.e. email). Issuance of Weekly Status Reports shall commence from the date of the first submittal delivery and shall continue until contract closeout.
b. The Weekly Status Report shall not be used as an official means of com- municating Project issues. It does not replace any part of a required submit- tal, request for information, proposed change order, report of field condi- tions, schedule issues, etc. No official response will be given to the Weekly Status Report.
c. A representative of the Audiovisual Integrator shall attend the weekly con- struction meeting at the job site. This representative shall be fully knowl- edgeable in all aspects of the Project and the Audiovisual Integrators work and shall have the authority to make binding commitments on behalf of the Audiovisual Integrator.
Weekly Status Reports. Weekly written status reports shall be provided by Vendor to the TEC Contracting Entity for any source code changes or modifications affecting the TEC Contracting Entity that require 40 or more hours to complete.
