Weekly Progress Meetings a. The Design-Builder must schedule and conduct weekly progress meetings during construction period. Conduct additional progress meetings as directed by the Commission Representative as required by the progress of the Work.
(1) Hold meetings at the Design-Builder’s field office.
(2) As often as practical, hold meetings on the same day of the week at the same time of day. When it is necessary to change the day or time of the meeting, notify the Commission Representative of the change a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the normal meeting day or the revised day, whichever is earlier.
b. The following are required to attend:
(1) Project superintendent, project manager and key support staff.
(2) Major Subcontractors.

Weekly Progress Meetings. Owner shall hold weekly meetings to update key project concerns and issues. Coordinate dates of meetings with preparation of payment requests. Meeting frequency will be determined by the needs of the job and will be at the discretion of the Owner.
A. Attendees: Contractor and Owner. Architect, subcontractors and suppliers are optional attendees but may attend if needed. All participants at the conference shall be familiar with Project and authorized to conclude matters relating to the Work.
B. Agenda: Review and correct or approve minutes of previous progress meeting. Review other items of significance that could affect progress. Include topics for discussion as appropriate to status of Project.
1. Overall Project Schedule: Review progress since last meeting. Determine whether each activity is on time, ahead of schedule, or behind schedule, in relation to Overall Project Schedule. Determine how construction behind schedule will be expedited; secure commitments from parties involved to do so. Discuss whether schedule revisions are required to ensure that current and subsequent activities will be completed within the review schedule for next period.
2. Review submittal schedule.
i. Review present and future needs of each entity present, including the following:
a) Sequence of operations.
b) Status of submittals.
c) Status of correction of deficient items.
d) Field observations.
e) RFIs.
f) Status of proposal requests.
g) Pending changes.
Weekly Progress Meetings. Weekly Commanding Officer briefs.
Weekly Progress Meetings. Once construction work commences (including administrative and fieldwork), PORT and CITY will attend weekly progress meetings with ALAMEDA CTC at the Project Field Office (or virtually, when possible) to discuss issue-specific topics at the meetings as deemed appropriate by the PARTIES. The weekly meeting agenda and the Contractor's three-week look-ahead construction schedule will be distributed before each meeting, and agenda items will be discussed at these meetings.
Weekly Progress Meetings. CONTRACTOR’s project representative shall meet weekly with AGENCY, or AGENCY’s designated representative, to report on progress of the work, schedule for upcoming work and coordinate activities between the parties as needed.
Weekly Progress Meetings. The Contractor shall meet with the Authority on at least weekly basis unless otherwise agreed by the Authority differently to review and discuss Work progress, issues impacting progress and plan for resolution. The Three Week Look-ahead Schedules are used in this meeting. Meeting minutes shall be taken by the Contractor in accordance with Article 24 of the General Provisions.
Weekly Progress Meetings. The AOR and other County personnel shall meet with Developer’s Representative and other Developer personnel weekly until the Project is completed to review the Agreement performance. The topics for the weekly meetings will include, but not be limited to, County assessment of Developer’s performance, the current Project Schedule, Developer’s Monthly Progress Schedule identified in Section 9.2.7, Developer’s Rolling Three Week Schedule identified in Section 9.2.8, Developer’s Monthly Summaries identified in Section 9.3.1, anticipated upcoming Critical Path items, and Developer discussion of any problems Developer is having. The AOR shall prepare and distribute meeting minutes no later than five (5) days after each weekly meeting. If Developer does not concur with the minutes, Developer shall submit a written description to Developer of any area of disagreement with the meeting minutes within ten (10) days of the meeting, which disagreement shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures of Article 20. If the Developer does not submit a written description to County of disagreement with the meeting minutes within 10 days of the meeting, the meeting minutes shall be deemed approved by Developer. Participation in weekly progress meetings by Developer is not a substitute for compliance with the Claims procedures set forth in Article 20.
Weekly Progress Meetings. Unless a different time is agreed upon by Owner and Contractor, weekly progress meetings shall be held each [Thursday at 10:00AM (central)] at the Work Site or at an alternate site mutually agreeable to Owner and Contractor). The weekly progress meetings shall provide updates on the Project. During these meetings, the following topics, at a minimum, shall be discussed:

ii. The budget for this task assumes that the Consultant’s PM will attend one-third (1/3) of the total number of weekly progress meetings via teleconference and includes the time necessary for Consultant’s review of meeting minutes, Risk Register updates, Preliminary Services Schedule updates, updated Decision Logs, and updated change management log.
iii. For those meetings that Consultant’s PM attends, Consultant shall provide comments on the Design-Builder’s meeting minutes within three (3) Business Days of receipt.
