Weekly off. The Bidder shall allow or cause to be allowed to the workers directly or indirectly employed in the work one day’s rest for six days continuous work and pay wages at the same rate as for duty.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.

  • Lay-Off An employee who has one (1) year or more of continuous employment and who is laid off is entitled to be paid severance pay at the time of lay-off.
